198:365 Another State Library artwork for next years calendar. This is number 14. I know I could have stopped at twelve but I forgot about the waratah, the flower that started this whole project off. So here we are just in the nick of time. #twelvextwelve2017

197:365 My first ever freelance job in Australia was a 3 day advertising job where I had to paint 3D apples. Red delicious I think they were – in painstaking detail at different states of decay. The things you do. You got me that job @guffyguff , remember?

196:365 Those jeans turn ups are looking out of proportion to the size of my boots but I'm a short arse Ok and I do big turn ups. Drew this on the train last night whilst listening to a pod cast. It was a very pleasant trip – a rare couple of hours of relaxing. Trains are good for that.

194:365 The tiny and sad little empty waiting room at Katoomba hospital X-ray dept. Its mammogram time! My second ever. Oh what joy not really but what a bloody good service yes indeedy. And this is an appreciate shout out to the lovely breast check nurse – sorry I forgot your name – who wrangled me through that daunting machine today with humour warmth and just the right amount of brusque.
